could you please tell me how to install? i unrar both parts on desktop and when i double click on .exe file i get the message "unable to load DLL C:\Program Files\Tales of Monkey Island\Launch of the Screaming Narwhal\MonkeyIsland101.exe->d3dx9_41.dll".
